Terms of Service
These terms are an agreement between you and Galco FZ-LLC, a company registered in the United Arab Emirates ("Insyt", "we", "us"). By creating an account or using tryinsyt.com and the Insyt service, you agree to these terms. If you are using Insyt on behalf of a company or client, you confirm you have authority to bind them, and "you" includes them.
What Insyt is
Insyt connects to your Google Ads, Google Analytics (GA4) and Google Tag Manager accounts, runs weekly audits, identifies problems and opportunities, and recommends fixes. Where you approve a recommended fix, Insyt applies it to your account on your behalf. Insyt is a monitoring and optimization tool; it does not replace your own judgment about your advertising.
Your account
You must provide accurate information when you sign up and keep it up to date. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. Tell us immediately at hello@tryinsyt.com if you suspect unauthorized access. You must be at least 18 and able to enter a binding contract. One person or entity may not maintain multiple accounts to circumvent limits or pricing.
Connecting your Google accounts
To use Insyt you authorize us, via Google's OAuth consent flow, to access your Google Ads, Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager accounts. You confirm that you own these accounts or have full authority to connect them, including authority from any client whose accounts you connect. You can revoke access at any time from your Insyt settings or your Google Account security settings; doing so will stop audits and fixes for the disconnected account.
Approval-gated changes
Insyt never makes changes to your Google Ads or Google Tag Manager accounts without your approval. Every recommended fix is presented to you first, with a description of what will change. A change is applied only after you explicitly approve it in the app. Once you approve a change, you authorize us to apply it, and you are responsible for its effects, including any effect on ad delivery and spend. Audit analysis itself is read-only and changes nothing.
You remain responsible for your ad spend
You acknowledge and agree that:
- Your advertising budgets, bids, and spending remain under your control and are always your responsibility.
- Insyt's recommendations are suggestions based on automated analysis, including AI analysis. They are not guarantees of performance, savings, or results.
- Approving a recommendation is your decision. You should review each recommended change before approving it.
- We are not responsible for the amounts Google charges you for advertising, whether or not a change recommended or applied by Insyt influenced that spend.
- Your relationship with Google, including Google Ads billing and Google's own terms, is between you and Google.
Fees and billing
Subscriptions are billed in advance through Stripe, starting from USD 129 per month for the standard plan and from a flat platform fee plus a per-account rate for the agency plan. Current pricing is shown at tryinsyt.com and at checkout. Your first full audit is free and limited to one per Google account. Further checks and every fix require a plan. Prices exclude any applicable taxes, which you are responsible for. Subscriptions renew automatically each billing period until cancelled. If a payment fails, we may retry it and suspend the service until payment succeeds. We may change prices with at least 30 days' notice; changes apply from your next billing period.
Refunds and cancellation
Our Refund Policy is part of these terms. In short: you can request a full refund within the first 14 days of a new subscription; after that, you can cancel at any time and your subscription runs until the end of the current billing period.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use Insyt to access accounts you do not own or lack authority over.
- Reverse engineer, copy, resell, or create derivative works of the service, except as permitted by law.
- Interfere with the operation or security of the service, probe for vulnerabilities, or use automated means to scrape it.
- Use the service to violate any law, Google's terms and policies, or the rights of others.
- Use the service to build a competing product.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate this section.
Your data
You retain all rights to your data, including data from your connected Google accounts. You grant us a limited license to access, process and display that data solely to provide the service to you, as described in our Privacy Policy. We handle Google user data in accordance with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements. On termination, we delete your data as described in our Privacy Policy and Your Data page.
Intellectual property
Insyt, including its software, design, branding and content (excluding your data), is our intellectual property or that of our licensors. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service during your subscription. If you send us feedback or suggestions, we may use them without obligation to you.
Third-party services
Insyt depends on third-party services, including Google's APIs, Stripe, and our hosting and AI providers. We are not responsible for outages, changes, or data handling by third parties outside our control, including changes Google makes to its APIs or policies. If a third-party change materially affects the service, we will make reasonable efforts to adapt.
Disclaimers
The service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and any warranty that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that audits will identify every issue in your accounts. Advertising outcomes depend on many factors outside our control.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law: (a) we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, or advertising spend; and (b) our total liability for all claims arising out of or relating to the service in any 12-month period will not exceed the amounts you paid us in that period. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law, including liability for fraud, or your rights under mandatory consumer protection law where you use Insyt as a consumer.
Indemnity
If you use Insyt in the course of business, you agree to indemnify us against third-party claims arising from your breach of these terms, your violation of law, or your connection of accounts you lacked authority to connect, including claims by your clients.
Termination
You can close your account at any time from your settings or by emailing hello@tryinsyt.com. We may suspend or terminate your access if you materially breach these terms, if required by law, or if we discontinue the service, in which case we will give reasonable notice and a pro-rata refund of any prepaid fees for the discontinued period. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including payment obligations, intellectual property, disclaimers, liability limits, and governing law) survive.
Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in the Emirate of Dubai, and disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai. If you use Insyt as a consumer in the EU, UK, or another jurisdiction whose law grants you non-waivable protections, nothing in these terms deprives you of those protections, and you may bring proceedings in the courts of your home country where that law requires it.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. For material changes we will give you at least 14 days' notice by email or in the app before they take effect. If you do not agree to the updated terms, you may cancel before they take effect; continuing to use Insyt after the effective date means you accept them.
