Refund Policy
We want you to be confident trying Insyt. This policy explains when you can get your money back and how to ask. It forms part of our Terms of Service.
14-day refund on new subscriptions
If Insyt is not right for you, you can request a full refund of your first subscription payment within 14 days of starting a paid subscription. This applies to your first subscription only, not to renewals or to resubscriptions after a previous refund. Just email us within the 14 days; you do not need to give a reason, though we always appreciate knowing what did not work for you.
After 14 days: cancel at period end
After the first 14 days, subscription payments are non-refundable, but you can cancel at any time from your account settings or by emailing us. When you cancel, your subscription stays active until the end of the billing period you have already paid for, and you will not be charged again. We do not offer pro-rata refunds for unused time in a billing period, except where required by law or where we discontinue the service.
Agency plans
The same rules apply to agency subscriptions: a full refund is available within 14 days of your first agency subscription payment, and cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Adding or removing connected accounts mid-period adjusts your next invoice rather than triggering partial refunds, unless we state otherwise at checkout.
How to request a refund
Email hello@tryinsyt.com from the email address on your account with the subject "Refund request". Include your account email and, if you have it, the invoice number from your Stripe receipt. We will confirm receipt within 2 business days.
Processing time
Approved refunds are issued through Stripe to your original payment method within 5 business days of approval. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it can take a further 5 to 10 business days for the money to appear on your statement. Refunds are issued in the currency and amount originally charged; we are not responsible for exchange rate differences or bank fees.
Your statutory rights
Nothing in this policy limits any non-waivable refund or cancellation rights you have under the consumer protection laws of your country of residence, including in the EU and UK. Where those laws give you greater rights, they apply.
Questions
If anything here is unclear, or you think we have charged you in error, email hello@tryinsyt.com and we will sort it out.
