Insyt vs Opteo, Optmyzr, Ryze AI and groas: which Google Ads tool fits a small business?
Five tools compared on price, who each one is for, what it does every week and what it will not do, written for the owner of a small business rather than the person who runs ads for a living.
If you have searched for software to run your Google Ads, you have met the same four or five names. They are all good at something. They are not all good at the same thing, and the marketing pages do not make the differences obvious. This is our comparison, so read it knowing who wrote it; we have kept it to facts you can check on each company's pricing page.
The short version: Opteo and Optmyzr are tools for people who run ads. Ryze AI and groas are services that run ads for you, at opposite ends of the budget scale. Insyt is built for the owner of one business with one account who wants the weekly work done, with the tracking checked before the spend is touched.
The five, in one line each
- Insyt. Audits Google Ads, Analytics and Tag Manager as one system, prices every fault in dollars a month, then fixes it weekly: with your one-tap approval on Core, automatically on Autopilot. From $129 a month, no contract.
- Opteo. Watches a Google Ads account and queues improvements for you to apply with one click. Google Ads only. Basic plan from $129 a month.
- Optmyzr. The agency toolkit: rule engines, one-click optimisations, audits and scripts across many accounts. From about $249 a month.
- Ryze AI. Fully automated ad management across Google, Meta and other channels for a flat fee, from about $89 a month.
- groas. Fully autonomous Google Ads management with a human account manager, aimed at advertisers spending five figures a month, from about $999 a month.
Prices are as published at the time of writing and change; check each site before deciding.

Insyt vs Opteo
The closest match on price, and the clearest difference in what happens after you pay. Opteo finds improvements and lines them up; you log in, read each one and click apply. If you enjoy that, and you want to understand every change, it is a well-made tool. Insyt's Core plan works the same way, with one tap per fix, but it also checks the counting underneath the account: whether your form sends are being recorded, whether Analytics agrees with Google Ads, whether Tag Manager is firing. Opteo does not look there. And Insyt's Autopilot plan removes the weekly log-in entirely, which Opteo has no equivalent for.
Pick Opteo if you are a freelancer or a hands-on owner who wants a second pair of eyes on a Google Ads account you already understand. Pick Insyt if you want the account run, and you are not sure your tracking is right.
Insyt vs Optmyzr
Optmyzr is the deeper product by a distance, and almost none of that depth is for you. It is built for people managing twenty accounts: bulk rules, budget pacing across clients, scripts, audits, Microsoft Ads. A single small account uses a tenth of it and pays for all of it. Insyt does less, on purpose: one account, the weekly work, plain words. If your business grows an in-house marketing team, Optmyzr becomes the right tool. Until then it is an agency product at an agency price.
Pick Optmyzr if you run accounts for a living. Pick Insyt if you run a business and the account is a chore.
Insyt vs Ryze AI
Ryze is the cheapest fully automated option, and it covers Google, Meta and more in one place. The trade is depth for breadth: it starts optimising without an audit, it does not check whether your conversions are real before bidding toward them, and the Google side is shallower than a Google-only tool. If your money is split across platforms and you want one tool for all of it, that breadth matters. If your money is on Google, Insyt's audit-first approach, tracking repair and one-tap undo are things Ryze does not offer.
Pick Ryze if you advertise on three platforms and want one bill. Pick Insyt if Google is where the customers come from.
Insyt vs groas
groas proves that autonomous Google Ads management works, and it works for businesses spending $15,000 a month and up, with a human manager attached and a price to match. It is the right answer for a company currently paying an agency several thousand a month. It is not built for a $600 a month account, and it does not pretend to be. Insyt brings the same idea down to that budget: the audit, the weekly fixes, the undo, without the account manager and without the price.
Pick groas if you are replacing a large agency retainer. Pick Insyt if you never had one.
When Insyt is not the right choice
Three honest cases. If most of your spend is on Meta or TikTok, Insyt does nothing for it; it is Google only. If you want a person to call, Insyt is software with email support, not a managed service with a manager. And if you want to trade blows with an expert over bid strategy, Opteo and Optmyzr give you more levers to pull. Insyt is for the owner who wants the levers pulled correctly without having to learn them.
How to decide in ten minutes
Count where your ad money goes. All on Google, under a few thousand a month, and nobody on your team enjoys the weekly work: Insyt. Same, but you like the work: Opteo. Several accounts or a team: Optmyzr. Several platforms: Ryze. A large retainer to replace: groas.
